The Full Capacity™ Framework

Imagine running with a parachute attached to your back. You're keeping up, but remove the drag and everything changes.

A dysregulated nervous system is that parachute. It is not visible, it is rarely identified, and it is costing your people more than any skills gap or strategy problem ever could. The Full Capacity™ Framework addresses the missing variable in workplace performance: optimize the nervous system and everything else gets easier.

The Energy Drain

  • A dysregulated nervous system burns energy just staying functional, leaving less for actual work
  • People pour everything into fewer tasks and hit empty faster
  • More capacity becomes available simply by removing the biological drag, without working harder

Focus and Prioritization

  • Dysregulation pulls people toward the urgent, the easy, and the compulsive instead of the important
  • Perfectionism gets worse and starting hard tasks gets harder
  • People get stuck knowing what they need to do but can't move forward on it

Decisions Under Pressure

  • Under stress, blood flow shifts away from the prefrontal cortex, where planning and logical thinking happen
  • Deadlines and high-stakes moments derail our best thinking
  • A regulated nervous system means pressure sharpens people instead of shutting them down

Behavior and Output

  • Compulsive checking, avoidance, distraction: these are symptoms, not personality traits
  • People avoid hard tasks and waste energy feeling bad that they should do them
  • Inconsistent performers are often one biological shift away from being your strongest

Three talks. One framework. Immediate results.

Talk 01

Working at Full Capacity™

For any audience

Most high performers have optimized everything they can think of. What almost none of them have tried is optimizing the one variable that determines how well everything else works.

When the nervous system is running below its potential, you're operating with a parachute on. You get things done, but you're burning twice the energy doing it. It's harder to focus. The important work keeps getting pushed to when "things calm down." That time never comes, not because we can't handle the workload, but because we're using all our energy just keeping our heads above water.

Audiences leave with a clear understanding of what has been running in the background and exactly what to do about it, starting the same day. And the benefits don't stop at work. This framework increases capacity and performance, but it also leads to better health outcomes and a more enjoyable life overall. Both are possible at the same time.

The result: clearer thinking, sharper decisions under pressure, and output that doesn't require burning out to sustain.

Talk 02

Leading at Full Capacity™

For leaders

Leadership development focuses almost entirely on what a leader does. This talk focuses on what a leader's nervous system does, and why that matters more.

When a leader is regulated, they think more clearly, respond instead of react, and make better calls under pressure. But the impact goes beyond the individual. Teams co-regulate with their leaders, meaning the nervous system of the person at the front of the room sets the tone for everyone in it. A regulated leader raises the baseline of the whole team, without anyone having to try harder.

This talk covers both sides: the internal work leaders can do to operate at their own full capacity, and the practical ways they can structure their leadership, their communication, and their team's environment to actively support regulation in the people around them. Leaders leave with tools for themselves and a clearer picture of the external changes they can make that will actually move the needle.

The result: leaders who are sharper under pressure and teams that perform better because of it.

Talk 03

Full Capacity™ Culture

For organizations

Most organizations have spent real time and money working to build a healthier culture. The values workshops, the engagement initiatives, the communication frameworks. Some of it helps. Most of it doesn't stick, not because of a lack of effort, but because culture can't be built on top of a dysregulated system.

A dysregulated culture isn't always obvious. It looks like urgency rewarded over strategy. Decisions made from pressure instead of clarity. People focused on looking like they're working hard instead of actually doing so.

This talk works at three levels: individual awareness and tools so each person can regulate even when the environment isn't perfect, leadership support and co-regulation so managers are actively helping instead of unintentionally hindering, and culture-level shifts that make regulation the default rather than the exception.

The result: a clear picture of what's driving the gap between the culture you want and the one you have, and a path that addresses it from every direction.

This work builds capacity, improves performance, and takes care of your people at the same time.

Jenna Free

The reason this approach works where others haven't.

Jenna Free is a registered therapist, coach, speaker, and author with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and organizations. For the past three years she has focused specifically on nervous system regulation and performance, developing a practical, science-backed framework for why people and teams leave capacity on the table, and what actually closes that gap.

What sets Jenna apart is a simple but overlooked insight: most workplace underperformance is not a skills problem or a strategy problem. It is a biology problem. And when you address it at that level, everything else shifts.
