It’s my approach to ADHD that starts with regulating the nervous system, shifting beliefs, and getting out of extremes. Instead of forcing productivity with tips and hacks, we focus on the foundation that makes real change possible.
Most ADHD support jumps straight into strategies. But when you’re dysregulated, strategies don’t stick. My work focuses on regulation first, so that tools and routines actually work long-term.

The book gives you the philosophy and tools. But ADHD Groups and my certification program provide structure, accountability, and support — the pieces most people need to turn ideas into consistent action.

Each round includes 8 core sessions, 2 office hours per week, PDF tools, and lifetime access to recordings. You’ll learn step by step while getting live support for your personal challenges.
Groups range from 20-25 people, this provides energy and connection while also having enough space to ask any questions you have!
No. All sessions are recorded, and you can submit questions ahead of time if you can’t attend live.

It’s primarily for licensed professionals, though experienced ADHD coaches may also be eligible. Reach out if you’re unsure.
